Very well done Bill! This is exactly the reason I don't have a landline anymore. I kept getting calls for a lady named Dolores all through the day and into the night! At least Lisa made a new friend and probably got some sensational shoe deals...or not.

Ok the last sentence brought it together to a Bill Schott story. You really needed the first part to set up the surprise ending. Nice job with 150 words. Good luck in the contest, no disrespect intended but I hope you get 2nd place.
