Well, I am a former child & I enjoyed this fun poem. The message is awesome. Children have forgotten how to play outside. They are attached to electronic stuff & parents like that [most of them] because that frees them, too. I can't understand why phones/tablets etc. are ok at the dinner table when there should be person to person sharing. Even in restaurants, you see heads down. But, I digress.
I enjoyed your poem. Good job on the flow & many examples. I like the line about CC using his imagination coupled with characters from books to entertain himself without needing some toy or device.
