Very up lifting, as it shows that people need people. Without that, what do we have? Our gadgets are people oriented. A touch is something you'll never have from a computer. Well crafted. Les

LOL I wasn't sure but the picture looked like God's hand.
-
I think I added my voice reading it...will u see if you can see and hear it? please!
-
Okay, the first time I didn't hear it. How do you record your own voice? That is neat. It makes more sense with the sound of your voice, is very nice. :) Good job!
-
I used my phone to record then saved in dropbox on the pc and uploaded from the Advanced Editor setting in FanStory...:)

Thank you :)

Hey, it could happen, and it's not beyond the realm of possibilities. That two people could love each other s-o-o-o-o-o-o much that a mere touch from them makes everything seem alright is a beautiful thought, Missy.
I like to think (believe?) there is love like that out in the world, I truly do. One day, I might even be lucky enough to experience myself, who knows?
A well written, uplifting little verse. But, is it fact, or fiction? Does love this strong, this...powerful truly exist?
I like to think so...
Good work. ~Dean ;|

Free style but with the feel that it is looking for a rhythm that it never quite finds. The rhyme however seems at first to be more successful. Near rhyme in the first couplet, assonance in the second (some would count this as full rhyme). Full rhyme in the third and nothing in the last. It's an odd format. It seems to me that this either needs less rhyme and shorter lines to make it free verse or more, to end on a rhyming couplet. I'm not quite sure what category you intend it to be in.

Missy, you are a "dyed in the wool" romantic, aren't you? There is something enduring about the Romantic Traditionalist. She doesn't go in for the sexual "kill", but but stays ever out where the whisps and mists are, where there is still the importance of a touch and a hug to bring rightness to what appears as an all wrong universe.
Thanks for sharing, Missy.

This is such a sweet description of secure attachment! There are actually MRI studies showing that the pain center of the brain actually gets less active (as a result of pain stimuli) when we hold our partner's hand if we are securely attached.
Sorry for going all nerdy about this :).
For me this poem is about that, just put in a much more romantic way.
Thank you for sharing!

This is lovely and so inspiring! You are becoming one fine poet, my friend. You express the internal calm experienced by a freely given touch with love beautifully in this well penned piece. Nicely done and I thank you very much for sharing it.

You did a great job with this one .... you are blooming into a rose of poetry right before my eyes and it is a pleasure to watch.
-
Big hug!

I wish I knew how to read it and send the audio of it with music in the background.
-
If you have a microphone you can record a file and then use the Advanced options to attach it.
-
I am trying :)
-
Are you using the 'Sound Recorder' from the Accessories program group? I have a plug and play mike I use for lectures which has better sound quality but the one in Windows works pretty good for this purpose.
-
No...but I will look in the programs now :)
