This is a clever series of things to fit in your bucket: for your bucket list of things to do before you kick it. You're right, it does involve a lot of travel, regardless of what you've been thinking to the contrary. Your rhyme and meter are well done, and the poem flows well. My favorites are learning to play the banjo and having a dinner made entirely of fruits and veges you have grown yourself. Best regards, Jeanie Mercer

Thank you Jeanie, for checking out my poem - and thanks for your kind comments. The banjo is a frustrating one - I broke a string yesterday trying to tune the darn thing, and now have to wait 'til I can get a new one!

That was a good poem. I could imagine the words that you so clearly described wonderfully. I was able to see the humor and thought of when I may turn old. Great job!

This is a nice poem and an ambitious list. I think you can accomplish every task on it! I, however, don't understand how this is considered humor. It seems more like a goal or dream than a joke. Thank you for sharing.

You're quite correct. But when I tried to choose a topic, I didn't see "general" on the list; or anything else that seemed appropriate - so I went with humor. Thanks for reviewing, and for your kind comments, JourneyHolm.
