The poem is very descriptive of a foggy morning on the ocean . I lived south of San Francisco for just over a year and saw many of those foggy mornings as I lived with a short walk to the ocean. The painting is lovely. keep writing and painting. Patricia

I thought to myself, this doesn't look like a short story, until I read further, then when I read on, I realised it was a poem, and a very well written one, you have projected great imagery here Carolyn, I can almost smell the rotting fish and other delicious seaside aromas, and of course a new day brings change, God sharing His artistic talents with us! I like this. Super artwork with it. What is it about the fog over water that lends mystery, yet a calming effect too? I don't know, but I think it is so cool.

Been through there many times when we were and traveled from Ohio to California.
