Very nice and heartfelt poem. You followed the acrostic style perfectly. The subject matter was great! As an owner of many dogs (4), your poem touched me in that it describes them to a tee!

Thanks, faragon, I appreciate that! I own three small breed dogs myself; 2 miniature Dachshunds, and my 9 year old Chihuahua, Gidget. That dog is my baby, and we go everywhere together. So, it was a pretty easy topic for me to write about, but getting the format right was a bit harder than I thought it would be.

It's called Screams from a Darkened Room, and is a collection of horror stories and dark poetry. I have to get a typed manuscript ready, all in Times New Roman, 12 point font, of all 32 stories and poems combined, edited and error free, and it must received no later than September 29th. Well, I am a notoriously slow typist, so there is that, LOL.

That being the case, my reviews have fallen off dramatically, and I hate that part of it. I still manage to write here, but little else. I have 449 reviews still to answer, and like you, I hate to cut & paste. I have a lot of work ahead of me, so wish me luck! And I will definitely put in a good word for you if things go like I plan. You can count on it!:)

My pastor gives me that sideways grin every Sunday when I go to church. His Facebook is set up to receive all of my posts here. Scary thought, don't you think, LOL?

Hey friend, I know your heart and what you write doesn't count for me. I love the unique and definitely thrillers. I don't believe that God cares what we write, He only cares about our hearts.
