A very nice poem about the benefits of laughter. I like the touch of spirituality here. It is well-expressed and your thoughts come across strongly.

Laughter is such a joyous sound
Medicines could quite likely be replaced
Not a penny or a dollar is wasted
On laughter, as it already belongs to us
And besides, it is so good for your face

Good use of R,S consonance throughout. There sounds a bit witty, too. This would have been a lovely Naani poem because of its universal appeal. Lovely presentation!

Laughter is the best medicine? It is definitely good for the soul and the heart. As yo have pointed out, it costs us nothing, no money is wasted. At the same time it is good for us.
