Hi Maureen, as I told Sylvia, I counted 'til I was blind and then put them in a different order, the last line is actually 8, so now I am creating a new poem. A 5-5-8 (at least for this one.) Love you, I deserved what I got. :-) Carolyn

Hi Caroline,

A 'Two-fer' ... St. Patrick's Day and twins' Birthday! :)

A very nice 5/7/5 to commemorate this special day for you and your girls. Forty-two ... does it make you feel old? I have two sons ... 36 and 28. When I hear 36, it makes me feel old, as it doesn't seem that long ago to me that I was that age. Time is fleeting quickly by.

Connie :)

Hi Connie, I had them at age 25, but yes, time flies and sometimes I feel a 'wee bit' older than usual. (Like today maybe, LOL) thanks for the great comments and rating. :-) Carolyn

Hi Carolyn,

What a nice poem about your twin daughters. I always wanted to have twins, but never did.

My first daughter who's the oldest of my kids will turn 58 in July. My other daughter will be 54 in July. I have two sons also and I lost a boy and girl.

Kat

I never, ever, even dreamed of having twins. But I did, and I wouldn't trade the experience for the world. You were blessed with several children, I am sorry for the ones you lost. Love, Carolyn

This makes me tear up as a mother. Well written in brogue and pride! The darling Coleens bring a sparkle to the eyes of their "Paddy" and will do so for many years. What a charming write and congratulations to their "Pa" - I hope there is a celebration all around.

Elizabeth

What wonderful artwork, you've managed to combine the poem, the theme of It, and your girls birthday in your work! Well done, Carolyn, ( you don't need luck, you have The Lord! ) bless you, Roy.

I like that Roy, you are right, when you have the Lord, you don't need luck. The girls have been such a blessing. :-) Carolyn
