Wow! This a beautiful poem for our resident Mermaid, Elaine. She had quite the imagination and I can understand how it helps her in work with Alzheimer's patients. What a calling in this world.

Hi Carol, I have been meaning to tell you that I had your name on my list of people to ask about a poem since before I even knew who you were. I had the list from Helen, and then when new friends came I would ask if they would want one for themselves. I never do them without permission, so when I saw you were back and reviewing me, I knew we would be friends.
I have you for Sept 4th and all I need is for you to say yes or no before then. The information is how little or much that you want share. But we that a week before..

A nice tribute to her and her writing. I'm sorry to hear of the loss of her husband!
