This is such a beautiful prayer, Beth! I love that you start with humble confession, then you move on to ask the Lord for what you need to change to help the world. You conclude with an acceptance that this is the condition that He told us about millennia ago and you ask for the ability to love more - fulfilling exactly the command He gave us. Hope this does well in the contest! Virtual Six!!

Thank you, Helen. I use just talk without in organization when addressing God. I just writing down a prayer helps get our thoughts in some sort of order. I appreciate your review.

A well-heeled written testimony, and one that many are seeking answers for. I have come to recognize IF an answer doesn;t come that I like, it doesn;t mean He hasn't answered, but only that the time was m not right, or the request would do more harm than good. In any event, all fervent prayers are answered

Thank you Tom. I appreciate the review. God answers prayer when we most need the answers. Sometimes he has to teach us patience.

This is a superb prayer, and wonderfully written.
I'll never understand how people who see things so very differently than I can speak as if they pray to the same God as I. One of us ain't listening. I pray that it isn't me, and pray that they are doing the same.

Thank you Wayne. I see it the same way, but I hope you aren't isuggesting that your my opinions are so different. No two people are always on exactly the same page but when other's philosophy is diametrically opposite, I wonder how God sees it.

Dear Beth, you have everything I feel and sometimes think I fall short of telling Him because I lack the words. But you don't. This is a beautiful prayer and should be said every day by everyone. Good luck in the contest. I'm out of sixes and this deserves one, so please accept my heartfelt six.
