This is an excellent poem for your friend Pam. It was sweet, and really nice for you to write her a poem. Your poem is well written. They rhymes and meter in your poem flow smoothly and are not forced. Your tribute is a warm, and gracious honoring of one incredible and awesome writer to another. Thank you for sharing.

Excellent poem for your friend Pam. I'm sure she'll love it. It's nice of you to write her a poem.
The rhymes and meter are not forced and they flow well.
the structure makes sense, it draws on emotions and it presents strong images.

Your skills are still on point. You are beginning to take on skills that are somewhat mystical. Matching birthdates, dual personalities, etc. Your most impressive skill to date is the ability to locate diverse people who are seemingly highly on the same mental wave length as yourself. I am starting to be just a wee bit afraid, should I be very afraid.

Debi, I must say your tribute "Best wishes Pam" is a warm, and gracious honoring of one awesome writer to another. I don't just say that because we are triplets! This is not only a heartfelt recognition of a Talent, a Transformer, and a Triplet, but it is a masterful way of celebrating your fellow FanStory authors who may not feel like there is anyone in their corner lifting them up. You have demonstrated a path of life connection through the written word. Thanks for doing that for ALL of us.
I am honored to be mentioned as being associated with two of FanStories finest writers. Thank You!

Huh, I thought I answered this last night. Sometimes I forget to make sure it is saved. Of course I would remember you. We are thankful to have you dear brother! Thanks for the vote of confidence and glad you weren't offended at all about the "slow" remark. When a zinger pops in my head, I must use it because they a re few and far between sometimes. Also, did you happen to notice that the picture was our three hearts. I'm sure you wondered so just wanted to let you know that you are the blue one. Lol, didn't take you long to get some recognition, huh?? hehe! I hope you don't mind but I am going to use this as a platform to know me better. I would love the same from you if you ever would like to share. So back to the slow comment, when I feel comfortable enough with someone that I can say something like that without worry of hurting their feelings, then I have made a true friend. I used to make jokes, and then worry after if they might have taken it wrong. I am so sensitive of other's feelings. Childhood trauma that screwed me up pretty bad. I have written about it, but if you want to know just a bit about it, read my poem called godfather, & or my autobiography story called, "I was a ghost and a goblin." .... My favorite poetry that I write are the ones with humor and than a surprise or twist at the end. As you will notice if you get to know me better. Also, because of the wonderful therapy I had after the events of my lack of childhood, where I didn't talk at all, I am actually known for two things here, besides writing. # 1, I am the chatty one. I just can't say thanks and be done with it, most of the time. # 2. I am the one who talks about love of people, always telling others what they mean to me. Much of my writing is all about that I cannot show enough love for people. Once again from therapy and through my Savior Jesus Christ. God sent me here to spread a little sunshine, and they tell me that is what I do. The truth is that I have prayed for years when I first wake up, that God will let me be a blessing to everyone that I am in contact with. And then He sent me here. God does have a sense of humor because I am the one who has been blessed tenfold. So another reason to welcome our brother to our little fun, but really cool relationship. I mean we are almost identical in the amount of days here, which I just love. I promise to not take so long every time. hehe! Thanks again Nad for the awesome review and sweet comments.

I may be a little bit late in returning this response but it is none less heartfelt. In life, as with fan story one needs to keep a sense of awareness about what they do and say because we are so often misinterpreted. (I know, you just said that in the lines above this.) I guess I wanted to say I agree. You talk about sensitivity and you're talking my language. I try to think before I speak and I do have a reputation as being sensitive and caring. I love to joke around in life as in my writing. Again, I try to be careful. Several years ago, I wrote a poem entitled: "The exhibitionist and the prude." (Check it out, I think both you and Pam might like it.) Not everybody in my life understood it or appreciated it. I had a number of people ask me why I would put a camera in the bathroom. I had shared it with several people at the hospice office where I worked and got the inspiration. One day my boss called me into her Office and said, I don't want you to share that poem with anybody else ever again in this office. She said she had had a couple of complaints. I guess it's because I was a chaplain lol. I am very slowly working on a piece of work that a part of me wants to put into a book, (mind you I've never written a book.) Tell me what you think, I haven't shared this with anybody else. I don't know if it's good enough, but you can share stuff with your sister, can't ya?

The creatives challenge:
When the creative pushes the send button, there is an inherent optimistic anticipation that this work will be confirmed. And . . . it will be, but maybe not in the way they had hoped. Something will happen, even if it is nothing, and nothing is something! Theye do want something!
They send their little masterpiece out into the world as a fledgling, new little creation, containing hopes, dreams, aspirations, instructions, and thoughts in the words of the author for this, their baby.
At the moment of releasing to the cold, cruel world, that magnum opus finds itself in the juxtaposition of both the cradle of loving hands, and the clutches of leering heretics.
The critical reader,
The cheerleader reader,
The carefree reader,
The careless reader,
The cautious reader,
The cold hearted reader!
And there they are, they have been confirmed.
But it is not what they had anticipated!
C. Comforting, Crushing.
O. Obvious, Obscure.
N. Nurturing, Negative.
F. Fantastic, Frightening.
I. Invigorating, Infuriating.
R. Reverent, Reckless.
M. Magical, Maniacal.
E. Encouraging, Empty.
D. Delightful, Dangerous.
Then, the "I's" take over!
Intention. Interpretation. Identification. Inertia. Implementation. Immortalization. Improvisation. Indigestion. Inclination. Information. Incineration. Implementation. Indoctrination. Invitation. Invigoration. Interaction. Intersection. Introspection. In action. Inflammation. Insurrection.
(I will stop here. I could go on for adnauseam.)
This is way too long for me to edit so I hope it basically said what my talk to text told it to say. I didn't mean to be so unkind to you as to talk forever. Let me know what you think. Embrace the love from above

Thank you for featuring Pam and her plans to hone her writing talents. I am happy for her and thought about doing that but decided to do it on here since I have sight issues. I hope she's not going to be gone too long. She's such a great writer and reviewer too. She has helped me so much.
I know you both share the same birthday and have special plans to meet. I hope those come to pass too. It keeps us going, doesn't it?
Sending you my very best, Pam, and you too Debi dear.
Love and blessings always.

Sweet! I read Pam's farewell for now post... I'm delighted she will remain a member and, like you, I wish her well in her new classes and all her endeavors! As I mentioned to her, I have never read a single thing of hers that was not quality work. Her posts, as well as her reviews, are always inspiring and enlightening!
(One quick edit: Bobbsey twins.)
How cool to share a birthday! You two were meant to be friends!
A fine tribute to a fine lady~

Its incredible the things we sometimes are able to find out about people and you may be hundreds or thousand miles apart. This site has a tenacity to create that.
I found Pam's storytelling top notch. She has more talent in her pinky then I'll ever have.
Nice tribute you gave us to a good friend!

Your tribute poem for Pam was great, Debi. The words were
straight from your heart. I liked the heartfelt message. The
monorhyme per verse worked well. You gave readers great
info about Pam, her interests, accomplishments, and desire
to learn more about the writing process. The image was awesome.
I enjoyed reading your poem, and know you meant every word.
How neat to share the same birthday among other things you
share with her.
Thanks for sharing, Jan
