What a gut-wrenching situation. I can't believe it. Your poor son has been damaged beyond measure by her manipulation of her illness. You are right. Only prayer can ease this situation.

He does have someone interested in moving forward with another script of his, if he can raise the funds, but it's so heartbreaking how much effort he put into the others and than to have one drama queen mess it up. We just must pray that something good will come.

There's nothing worse than betrayal, I was a betrayed by a close friend, and it hurt to the extent, it shattered me to the point that recovery didn't come quickly, but I think it got me to where I am now, and I'm in a good place I think, but I pray your son will overcome his hurt, he will be successful because of it. There's nothing worse than betrayal, I was a betrayed by a close friend, and it hurt to the extent, it shattered me to the point that recovery didn't come quickly, but I think it got me to where I am now, and I'm in a good place I think, but I pray your son will overcome his hurt, he will be successful because of it. What a sad story for your son. Betrayal by a friend or spouse you trusted is devastating. I am a firm believer that if our heart is in the right place and we are scammed, then it's on them. If she was scamming, it will come back and bite her on the butt. Shirley

This is heat wrenching and all together beautiful that you wrote it. Your son is deserving of so much more than this friend has given him. I hope as you said, she realizes her mistakes, however, I believe, it much too late for your son to forget.

I too believe his faith and trust in her is destroyed. He wants to believe but he can't help but feel scammed. I just hope his next adventure will lift his spirits and he will be standing on his feet again before she approaches him. Life's tough!

Thank you for updating us. I was praying for her and it certainly sounds like a bad situation for everyone involved. Is she collecting money for her expensive treatment by doing this? If she doesn't get well, it would seem she would be able to continue as an actress. Do you think the screams were fake or real?

I want to think she wouldn't stoop that low, but she was looking directly into the camera. My guts tells me if you were in that much pain you'd be doubled over or burying your head. At this point, I am sorry she is still sick but why take my son down with you. I guess that's just the Mom in me....

Fixed!
I so wish it was that easy to fix my son. He is devastated that she would use him that way and jeopardize his dreams to produce movies. She's a charming girl but I think the thoughts of boosting her stardom got the best of her.
