This work has reached the exceptional level

Hoping for a kiss, Og washed the one tooth protruding from his lip. "Og look good," he said, as he studied his reflection in the water. ~ Bwahahaha this is fabulous! Such word painting, Monet!

I got such a strong visual, that it caused me to laugh so hard.

Dragging his club uphill in the midday sun, Og hiked to Ugg's dwelling.~ HAHAHA really enjoyed this one too!

You earn a 6 for this. So adorable. I loved the way they talked, and the cute "movie" that played in my mind, as I read, was so fun to "watch" . Congratulations on your ribbons and awards!

What a beautiful love story. I'm so glad Og and Ugg found each other. They seem so perfecly suited to one another. =} There is also an Og in the bible. He is noted for having a very large bed. =} This is very cute. Well done.

LOL - a caveman love story. You really are a romantic. It's more likely that men in that age grabbed the women by the hair and then followed nature's call.

Well, all that pragmatism aside, this was a delightful read and kudos for your imagination. Hugs, Lou

Sally, I like reading story from land of Uz. Most people don't know real place that written in Bible. I think Og definitely descendent from Adam. Do you think?
Just kidding with you. Bill

A fine and simple and sweet little love story, with a Bible lesson strewn in. A fun read, Sal. Dandelions are just unappreciated flowers . If you can't beat em' join em' ,or enjoy them. Lol. Actually,I love their massive medicinal qualities of every part of them. Blessings

Aww, that is so sweet. I could just imagine the whole scene. I loved the 'yearly' bath! I'm sure many boys today would prefer one bath a year! lol. I asked my landscape gardener hubby. A dandelion is a wild flower when growing in fields with other wild flowers, but classed as a weed when you find them in your garden. Especially in your lovely lawn! I loved your story, Sally. Well done. :) Sandra xx

Your dialogue-only story is well-written, descriptive, and charming--with some well-placed humor. The plot flows along smoothly beginning with the man falling in love in the spring.

This is a precious vignette. The idea to have their names so close in pronunciation causes the reader to pause. Pausing, they may take time to reflect on the message. Your juxtaposition is the crux of the whole story and the lesson all readers hopefully will absorb. Even though Ugg could not read words she could read Og's heart. Others who read fluently miss the point. Well thought out.

Lol. You did a great job creating a caveman Valentine story. I think Og was pretty smart in knowing how to woo his beloved's heart with poetry and flowers!
