I am somewhat amazed by the whole aura of the Australian natives. One amazing thing is that religious atheists tend to give credence to their outlandish unbelievable beliefs.

I thought this was a very nice ode to the didgeridoo. The haunting trait of the sound is communicated. I am new to poetry, so please forgive if my response is not usual.

Welcome new poet. Acrostic is made by using one word and adding sentences to the letters. Thank you for reading. Best wishes, Kay.

Haunting. Beautiful. Your well penned words stirred my soul. I love to listen to bird calls. I was once told -- not sure what source the info was based on -- that before the fall in the garden that all of nature's sounds were in perfect harmony. Your writing reminded me of that. Best wishes with your entry.

Hello Jeanie with the silver hair; glad my poem sparked a smile and yes, I believe all of nature is in tune! Love, Kay.

Hi Kay,
I was just thinking about you yesterday and wondered how you're doing.
Great acrostic. I like it because it actually says something; many of them are are just words.
Fred and I wanted to buy a didgeridoo while we were there, but packing/shipping was a problem; however, I love the sound of it and have a CD.
Take care,
Lois

You have an enviable history, Kay, with millions of wonderful stories to tell. I would love to come and listen to the didgeridoo in person, played by an aboriginal. I must sound beautiful from the way you describe it. This is a great acrostic entry, my friend, well done, and good luck!! xsx Sandra.
