Oh, a great write on the benefits of hugging, smiles, and more. Such an easy and pleasant fix to most of what ails us. Good job. Marilyn/BeasPeas

Hugs have such beneficial side effects that it is a wonder they are not packaged and sold as a remedy for all that ails you. This is a delightful ad, poem, verse, what ever it is...thank you for sharing a great reminder to reach out and hug someone.

Thanks Debi: It seems to me that the positive emotional exchange involved in a HUG (when TRULY GENUINE) is so amazingly powerful even for just a moment that it can equal more than any drug or pill, or even a firecracker! People pay HEAPS to just find a smile, a lift ANYWHERE and yet a simple gesture of GRATITTUDE AND APPRECIATION within a HUG is a blast of positive energy! Why are we afraid to use it! ... As thou gives so does thou, receive! HOW'S THAT FOR A DEAL! Thanks again and HUGS and BLESSINGS from afar! HIS GRAYNESS: Vance

A great question, why are we afraid of something with such positive power. Gratitude and hugs to you.

We all need to share more hugs. But with the computer age everyone's self-isolated in front of a screen and workers are compartmentalized into cubicles. We fear contamination from the touch of another.
I'm afraid hugs are having a hard time surviving.

So true and what a shame! They pay a fortune for dope and booze and only get sick for the effort after all! Yet soooo very simple, just a bit of love in a smile and hug could change the world in so many positive ways! It is all a shame! Thanks for your review and HUGS back to YOU! HIS GRAYNESS; Vance

It seems all we know is war. The world has a generation born to war. I don't see peace anywhere. Without it, we will destroy ourselves as the seven deadly sins take over.
