You've use one of my all-time favourite cartoons for this! As usual, your layout is creative and the content of your poem thought-provoking. I was amused by your layout of evolved, which had love pointing up into the sky, but the past tense, loved, more down to earth and missing that vital ingredient, the 'o'. 'Coyly philanthropic' was another winner. Nothing in politics is done without a purpose! (tihyozepn)was beyond me, I'm afraid. There is so much in-fighting in politics that it is a constant amazement that anything ever gets done at all. Always too little and too late.

Hi Mikey, I enjoyed reading your elegant free verse poem , it should make a very interesting entry for this competition, depending on who you are it comes across as a tad controversial as it should!

Hahaha! I would never encourage you to enter, my friend. I like to win!!! I'm pleased you liked this. I used to be a free verse poet until I came here and learned about a world that was somewhat more diverse. :)) Thank you. Looking forward to your entry that can't beat me. mikey
