Carolyn; I dearly love the picture and it's so immensely represents the poem so well.
But even without a your imagery is truly gifted in the area of being demonstratively descriptive and exquisitely expressive in imagining is you have written fog as thick as soup or something similar as you described it has the air. All throughout the poem your imagery was quite delightful. Thank you for painting a picture in my mind throughout the poem and your imagination is truly resourceful in the way that you are infected and ingeniously creative with your imagination. .Thank you for sharing and posting and may the good Lord be with you always.

What a great acrostic...especially since I didn't realize it was one til I saw the description afterwards...I love the details here, and your foggy colors are awesome!

Your words so accurately describe the beautiful seascape you created on canvas. Not only did I feel the chill of the early morning fog, but I also relate to the description of how it clings to the lower atmosphere.Your inclusion of the seagulls and the smell of rotting flesh made your poem even more vivid. Well done!!

Good news.

Very descriptive imagery in your acrostic poem. I don't see/hear the near rhyme as stated in your description - not a problem, just thought you might want to revise your description. Very well written with beautiful artwork as added enhancement. Thanks for sharing.

you are not only an exceptional poet but, a talented artist as well. Yesterday was very foggy, dreary and down right nasty. I can relate to your excellent poem. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Carolyn,
This is another nice poem. You are so good at writing different kinds. So this is your painting. It's nice. I've done some acrylics on canvas too. It was fun when I was painting, but it seemed that the more I painted the worse they were getting . . . so I quit.

Dear Kat,
Sometimes I work too hard at a painting. When I find that happening I leave it and go to something else. I enjoyed the ones you shared. You gave me courage to display my own.
thank you for this wonderful review.
