Hi, Greg. "teasing tomorrow" Great alliteration here.
and here "Slippery sleep elusive" and again here: "taunting, tapping blind"

Good sounding poetry from start to finish. Bob

Sounds like a soul searching for the light. It can be found when one seeks with all of his heart and all of his mind. Another great offering from you.

A beautifully penned look at one trying to find themselves. The last stanza was exceptionally haunting;

So as the stars part,
allow the sun to see
Be the spark to ignite,
to illuminate the dark
Please...find me

Please...find me, indeed. Many of us go through our lives, wondering, 'What am I here for? What is my purpose, my contribution to having been here? Some learn the answer to those questions, some, sadly, never do.

Through prayer for guidance, and through the therapy of our writing, I believe we can all find that answer. Some may not like what they find when they get there, but the answers are out there. We simply have to drop to our knees once in a while, and softly whisper..."find me."

Magnificent writing, Gregory!

    Thank you Dean, so much. Yes we are always on the same page with that. My soul is glowing, always, but the fire, the passion in my personality is faded, ashes. but, the embers still burn. We just have to write and pray. We've both seen some dark places and God has found us. We just have to ask to be found. You're the best man. Thank you for your inspirational words and great insight. Really.
