I thoroughly enjoyed reading this excellent essay, TitanX. It is filled with sound psychological advice presented in a manner that is neither intimidating or overwhelming. I'll bet you're a very successful counsellor.
Also, loved your cute picture choice.
Kind regards, Bev

Is there a raging in your soul and you can find no way to release or disavow it, so you strike out at those who are most vulnerable around you? It may be your child; your employee; or someone to whom you feel superior; it does not matter because your goal is to have someone feel the same hurt or disappointment you are experiencing. When you finally vent your poison, does it make you feel better? Does it make your problems less problematic? Moreover, are you able to move on to the next level?
- I think I might send this to the woman who once was my boss. I still have nightmares about her.
Very nice! I enjoyed the read.

You have done a find job of taking age old messages from the wisest and revising it for the new consciousness. What stand out is :, the first thing you might do is look backward instead of forward.Usually people say the opposite. Your wording hooks the reader and gets the message across in a new way.
Best advice:do not allow anger or disappointment be the emotion others see and ultimately define you.
Informative read. Thanks for sharing your findings.

Dossie,
This is an outstanding essay. It reinforces things I have done right in my life, and it highlights things I have done wrong. The difficulty of being raised poor is it's hard to see a way out. It takes some real effort, and if one is lucky, a mentor.
Several things come to mind as I consider your points. These are some sayings that I think are appropriate.
Your altitude is determined by your attitude.
Learn from others. It is difficult to work for someone who just arrived, and it appears their wife sent them off to work with a cold cup of coffee, a burnt piece of toast, and a harsh good-bye.
It is difficult to work for someone whose attitude is that all his problems rest firmly on the shoulders of someone else.
Thanks for the good read and thoughts.
Until next time,
Curtis

Emotions can be temperamental. I heard the latest generation is void of emotions, due to the Digital Age. Children are not learning all the emotions anymore. So the range of emotions are changing. Anger may be an emotion of the pass. Good author notes. Excellent article.

Such may be true Titan for those that need the assistance. But there are those who are doing just fine too. Ah, because they already have that innate ability to stay with it until it happens.

You have a lot of good advice for people in this article. I find that the worst thing anyone can do. Is to blame their problems on another person or persons. Until you can admit to yourself that you are the cause of your own problems. You'll be stuck in a rut. This was a well written article that was well written... John

I wish I could reach my son with this message. His spirit is as low as it can get and he is withdrawn and won't let any of us help him. He became disabled and his wife left him because he couldn't work. She is a material person. Thanks maybe I can come up with another approach and help him. Nancy

I can appreciate many of your valuable points here. Marriage is something that is continuously worked at, it evolves as we create who we are in life. I always tell my son, pick and choose your battles, but make sure they are the right ones to be fighting for.
