My sister says time to let the Royal Family go, actually said that several years ago and so she probably still thinks it. I am not quite so sure, I see it as like the Pope and his peasant followers that is who they cling to and I see that for a lot of the British, especially those who are really poor but devoted to the Royals I think it would be hard to take that from them.
Me! I don't, nor have I, given much thought to them. The King died on my 12th Birthday...ruined my day LOL Then Elizabeth ruining Margaret's life I thought was a very sad thing and my sister and I both agree we couldn't bow to those women in the Royal family who were even more common than me...my sister has a lot more class than me and is a snoot. I'm far more common. LOL and I think the way they treated Diana was despicable and I believe that the stork dropped Charles off at the wrong place...
