Wow! Isn't she something! Very enjoyable triolet and you were true to the format. Your repeating lines "An eighty six year old German Frau" have an excellent flow and accent your theme. Many of us fall short in the exercise department, even the young ones, so she sets an excellent example. judi

But we should try tho, Ine! I did yesterday...and my knee hurt. I used to walk ten miles a day, five days a week! YEARS ago. I hope you are doing well. How do you feel now? Pm anytime...hugs! Susan

Well my condition improves but ever so slowly and my tablets for the blood pressure were changed as I got side effects on one I had.
