Butterflies are God's beautiful creations. How great it is to see them form from a cocoon into a monarch butterfly. Your mom is probably helping Jesus with his beautiful gardens of flowers which are adorned with butterflies

Butterflies hold a very special place in my heart. I was visited the first time at my 4 yr old son's grave. It landed on my hand and simply stayed for a visit. It lifted the anger and tears. I've had many other visits too. I believe their sent from Heaven to touch our soles. I loved your poem and your thoughts about your Mom.

Beautiful story poem and I love it when you share about your beautiful mother. I know that God sent you those butterflies to remind you that your mom was a beautiful new creation and we won't know what our new bodies will be like but we know it will be as different from our current bodies like caterpillars to butterflies!

Helen, you are so very kind. I guess if anyone knows here how I felt about my mother, it is you. My mom was fascinated by God's beauty of nature anyway, so these decorated much of her house because we always bought her things that had butterflies on or in them. Then my dad kept them until the time that he would have to live at the VA.

This is such a beautiful story. I have also heard of this concept a number of times from friends. My son-in-law has this things for Cardinals in relation to a sister who passed away a few years ago. There are always Cardinals around him. Thanks so much for sharing. It was a joy to read! Julie
