Wow!! I am a dyed-in-the-wool Jewess (in fact, even an Orthodox one for a very long tour), yet I am feeling all kinds of inspired and captivated by this post!
Ordinarily, I "pass over" --haha. Like what I did there?-- all the religious offerings here. They're just a bit too much for me. But, for some inexplicable reason (well, but we know what that is, don't we?...) this one I wanted to read and review when it came up next in my queue. And I am SO very glad I did.
Thank you for these uplifting words and the thought and idea that, my Little Voice (I'm pretty sure that's G-d) tells me, will be with me far longer than merely the duration of this review.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and six stars lovely stars. I believe I inadvertently failed to thank you for this review from last year. My mothers maiden name was Benjamin. A huge part of me has always hoped that I am at least 25% Jewish. I don't know how to find out.
I do know however, that it is my privilege to embrace fellow members of the human race. The God of all creation who chose to bless the world with a very special nation, Israel, instilled into all who would listen and learn, a desire to be compassionate to all.

I think your piece speaks of how every person has a special role to play in this world and in this life, even though because of our narrow perspective and preoccupation with ourselves, we don't see it that well. One additional thing, as spirit children pre-mortally, I've been taught, regaring the war in heaven, that we selected Jesus Christ's plan over Satan's offering, with the sleeze bag saying "I'll save them all," whereas Christ offered his life as a sacrifice for us to return unto Father and in return all honor would be his Father's not for himself.

Excellent entry into the contest. It's hard to see how being chosen for a school play, or pick-up baseball game could stand alongside.
You wrote your piece well.
