I really enjoyed reading this story. I found it very entertaining and can actually relate to it. I love the accompanying photo. That guy is HOT! I wish you lots of luck in the competition. Jen.

Yes, he's definitely my "type." I'm glad you think he's hot, too! Thanks for the very nice review. I totally appreciate it.

Wow, I can usually read and guess who has written a post, and mostly be right. But I have to admit, I have no idea who wrote this. But I wish I did, because I want more. Some mighty fine descriptive writing with a very unique style and tone. Outstanding! I'm just sorry I don't have a six. Good luck in the contest! Thanks for sharing.

Your descriptions are fantastic and the reason I'm giving you six stars for this hilarious story! I can see everything as if I am there in the meeting.

And what a surprise ending you have for us. Oh, to be that in lust with someone again, lol!

Whoever you are writing this - it is fantastic and I wish you the best of luck.

Pam

Damn. That was both well written and funny as hell. I'm not a romance novel reader but I think I'd read one if you wrote one. Well paced and held my attention from the first line to the last line. Excellent job. Good luck in the contest. When is the vote held? I can't imagine anyone submitting something better.

This is a very cute and very well written contest entry for New Word for Falling in Love contest. You used very good descriptive words and very good imagery from the art work you chose. Best wishes in the contest. Teri

I enjoyed reading this contest entry. It was cute and fun to read. Good luck with the contest.

His voice sizzles my ear drums to little, crispy filaments. (eardrums)

I notice that their stares of incredulity have been replaced by those of alarm. (you can omit 'that' it's not needed)

Feverence is a great word for it. A bit over the top, but so well done. Too bad I've never really had it, I could relate. How I envy people who can feel that strongly about someone else...even someone they hardly know. My guess is feverence is just the first symptom of falling in love. It's the attraction that morphs into love. I really liked so many of the touches in this piece, like the co-worker (company every mom) who adds a cookie to the glass of water thought. Perfect. Good luck in the contest. I loved what you did with the prompt.

Nice word. Very nicely done. Nice writing.
I'm not exactly sure what a cookie would cure/help, though. lol
Fever and ...
Good luck in the contest and best wishes.

If you were a mom, you'd know that a cookie cures whatever ails you.

I appreciate this very nice review. Thank you!

Once your world has been rocked, you may well need to taste a lemon to wipe the smile off your face. A bath of cold ice may help shake you up to the desired degree. Otherwise, someone may discover the source of your discomfort.

Fabulous entry for this contest! Loved all the symptoms of Feverence and how it feels. It's great for the narrator that the feelings seem to be mutual. Is a DM a "direct message"?
This should do well in the contest!

Yes. PM is private message; DM is direct message.

Thanks for the review. Since it's your contest, I'm happy you like it!
