You're joking about having a broken tooth pulled, aren't you??? That's just poetic justice, or subconscious sympathy for the whale. This is such a cute story, and it teaches children to be brave and step out of their comfort zone. Looking forward to more. Kudos for the accolades...your works are admired and loved by all.

No, I was in such pain, especially after he'd pulled it out! It's a lot better now.
Thank you so much for this lovely review, Linda, and that really nice compliment! You quite made me blush!! I'm so pleased you are enjoying this story. The final (long) part will be posted on Sunday. Will they get the tooth out? We'll see. Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

I'm a bit late onto this and so, regretfully, have no sixth star to give it. The lightness of tone created by the cube format suits the story very well and keeps the narrative rolling along at a rollicking pace. Sorry to hear about your experiences with the dentist. I, too, have been tortured this week! LOL

Oh, goodness, you're not late. I was late posting, I only put it on here Monday late afternoon. I'd had such a bad week with my wretched tooth, that everything slowed down. Was it your tooth, too? Thank you for the thought of a six, though, that is just as nice. But more importantly, your review is fabulous. Thank you! The final part will be posted on Sunday. Warm hugs, my friend. Sandra xx

What an interesting story for children. I can see it in my minds eye, thats how I know it would keep a child's attention. I can't wait to read what happens next. Thanks for sharing. :)

Sandra--so cute. I'm hoping you are structuring this for a children's book, I think it would be great and it's a great market. I wish I had some grandchildren close by. Would love to read this to them!

Yes, it will be published as a story colouring book. I've written one like this before and it went so well I thought I'd write another. The first book had 72 pages of which 32 were full colouring pages that sort of go with the story.
Your review is so encouraging my friend, thank you so much! Have a lovely day. Sandra xxx

Oh, Sandra, how do you do it. Week after week, you invent new challenges for Odie and Poppy. Today was the Shark that the kids discovered was nothing more than a giant "pretend" toughie. And now, thanks to keeping their air bubbles, neatly afixed to spots just above their head, they can continue on to work on the tooth of the Killer Whale!
Great job, Sandra!

We just had to have a nice soppy old shark in the tale, didn't we! LOL. Cute killer whales, and dolphins just give the story that little 'awww' factor, don't you think? (you needn't answer that!!)
Thank you so much for this lovely review, Jay, and a huge hug for the sixth gold star! Have a lovely day, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

This is a delight. I enjoyed the illustrations. They're great. The shark looks happy. It seems hat the other creatures of the sea are not going to give Odi and Poppy any trouble as they're hoping the whale will get his tooth pulled. Oh, my, I hope they won't have any more trouble on their venture. Great use of the CUBE 16 form. It really fits for your story. judi

Yes, all the creatures are happy that Poppy and Odi will try to help their killer whale friend. I'm so pleased you are still enjoying the story, Judi. The big pull is coming next! Thank you so very much for the lovely review and the sixth star award, my friend. I really appreciated both. Warm hugs, :)) Sandra xxx

Delightful poetic rendering, Sandra, that many children will enjoy!
Creative and smoothly written. A poetic offering that will entertain many children - young and old- especially when read aloud!
Your chosen photos/artwork, placed between stanzas is a wonderful visual asset.
Thank you for sharing!
Looking forward to Sunday's installment!
Take Care!

Thank you so much, Diane! What a lovely review. The next part is THE one! Will they be able to end that poor killer whale's pain? (I do so love to use cute animals in my stories!!) Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

This is quite a creative and delightful story which I would have been glad to read to my pre-K class prior to my retirement. I can visualize sitting with a group of youngsters around me as I pointed to each picture and touched the words to indicate language can be written. The story is written in language children can easily understand and the pictures are colorful. This is very well done.

What a really encouraging review, my friend. To have a teacher say this makes my story even more worth while. I do go round the schools in my area and read to the children, this will be an interesting one. Thank you so much, you've made my day. Warm hugs, Sandra xxx

The author's words are entertaining, descriptive, suspenseful and so
creative. I thought about my 5 year old grandson who would love
the chapters in this book. He would be curious and ask lots of questions!
The poem flows and connects well. The artwork is awesome and Pixabay
is a great site! Hope you are doing well....Maria

Aw, thank you, Eunice. Putting pictures in between stanzes is really easy. When you write your stories, insert the pictures where you want them, and save to your MS Doc, or Google docs. Then when you have it the way you want it to look, go into Fanstory, and post it under the 'Advanced' side. Then press ctrl and V together and it will appear complete with pics. It's really easy once you know how. I discovered it by accident! Thank you for this lovely review, my friend, and good luck with your stories. xxx Sandra
