It is far easier to tell the true tale,than to ad-lib. It's hard to keep tracks of the non-truths. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words.

Wise is known by his act - not correct English language syntax
A true wise tells - do you mean wise person, person of wisdom?
A true wise tells...that sentence needs lots of work
all those anybodies and anythings get confusing
An unwise tells - unwise man/person?
