I like your clear message here, don't give up, don't despair, forge ahead, success is round the corner. Good moral lesson. Thanks for sharing.

And so would I...It's so funny..me and kids..they all start laughing when I walk in the room without saying anything to them and then when I start, it's out of control. LOL
    Thanks Sharyn

It's been awhile since I've come across one of your pieces on here. Once again, brilliant poem/story/lesson. Oh and Eric the Viking is right, the best things are always free. Blessed Be.

Well, you did a wonderful job telling this story, and I see it appealing to quite a few children. Great narrative. You also did a really good job with the rhyme scheme.

Nicely done. :)

Eric,
This is a great story with a wonderful message that you so cleverly told. You kept great form throughout using quatrains. Very well written, I enjoyed your poem very much! Your friend, Brian

What a great piece, Erica. Excellent form (Surely in stead of 'surly) and great story. I also enjoyed that you tacked a moral onto it.

Wow, this is quite the story poem for children - I love the moral, but I'm not so sure it's the best thing to teach kids to ignore a stop sign. Anyway, the poem itself is a really well-rhymed, fun story.

well if a stop sign starts talking to the kid..yeah they probably should ignore it. Don't you think?..:D
