Masterful dear poetress. So beautifully penned, illustrated and formatted. Your talent and creativity shine in his one. You are always fresh, never boring. The song, of course, is on my playlist. Sending you my best today as always,

I admired your words of love in letters not meant to be sent. Your rhymed quatrains are evocative and the artwork you selected helped to establish the mood. Smiles- Joan

It is a short ode to the compassion of a woman's heart for the thing or even the people she loves most it has a good discipline with a free attitude and a delivery which is smooth and comfortable. It has an intellect and knowledge whereby its wisdom is made known through a clear converse and adequate voice which is tempered not loud but suits the motion of the piece delivering a quite atmosphere which asks for a recommendation of higher endearment. It is producing a good flow with comfortable stanzas which are coherent and deliberate in their approach.

Lovely artwork. I suppose even if the letters don't get sent it gives the writer a chance to express her feelings. The writer takes consolation in the belief that words help generate the love. Your rhyme and flow are great in this. judi

Sometimes, we just need to write stuff out before we ever send. I know I've done that and come back the next day and thought "what was I thinking" haha! thanks for enjoying!

Nicely done for this form. You write but don't send. Our daughter/law writes a longish letter to her four children every week - just telling what happened that week - talking about their various kids - whom she tries to visit weekly. Then she saves those pages in notebooks. Discipline.

That's awesome! Journals are one of the best ways we can pass who we are onto future generations. My great grandmother kept a journal of each of her 5 girls and it is amazing to read. thanks for enjoying! xoxo

I like how you use a line from the song to start your poem. It shows how poems can show your true emotions and be cathartic.
I like the book ending artwork and the song.

Thanks, I didn't want to write it exactly like the song, but thought song represented what my poem intended. appreciate your feedback and stars!! xoxo

You're welcome. I think it may be called a found poem or maybe just an inspired new rendition.

A very well-written self examining poem/letter how you feel about the love that keeps growing in your heart and like to break it up in daily pieces of your deepest thoughts.
