How comforting to know that our Good is faithful and God of all our circumstances. Sometimes, I think we forget that part. Thank you for all you do Dennis.

Most believers mistakenly give God physical characteristics when God is actually a spiritual essence. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a good read.

The bible also gives God physical features and even human characteristics in order to stoop to our weakness in understanding or "picturing" God. And then Jesus dis say, "If you have seen me, you have seen the Father." Not trying to "one up you" just expanding on the truth you stated that God is Spirit. Thanks, Dennis

How is God described in the Old Testament?
You're welcome, Deniz. Charlie

Perhaps it helps to think of God's revelation of Himself as progressive...beginning in Genesis (of course) and culminating in Revelation. Revelation is seen as not just the disclosure of God's agenda for the world but the full picture of God as seen in the full picture of Christ.
For instance, the Gospels portray Christ as obedient servant, allowing wicked men to do what they will with Him. Revelation shows Him in glorious strength, the Lord of lords and King of kings. He is the full expression of God, of the same spiritual essence as God the Father, while also the Son of Man, a real human (albeit sinless) person. Blessings, Dennis

That is so true. What a comfort to know He is in the valley even though the storms swirl around us. Thank you for doing your part in providing worthwhile writing on this site.

What a wonderful, spirit lifting message. Trusting in the Lord is the true test of faith, but He will take you through. I love the way you express the message, It's nicely written. Have a great Sunday and God bless.

Clear explanation of a bible story intertwined with a message for modern man. The piece is balanced between informational (explaining the bible story) and inspiring (urging reflection and then action from the reader).

Hey Blessed Brother,
I have rated this presentation for the musician and her song...of course the message wasn't too bad either -LOL
Really great devotional which with your approval I will
use next Saturday for our men's breakfast fellowship.
I really appreciate your seding the music recordings and also I haven't been able to get to your Gal. Studies, but I will very soon.
BTW have you been keeping up with the Israel persecutions lately? As the song says, "I just can't help to feel His coming is very soon.
Signing off with brotherly love,
YBIC

Thank you.. brother, feel free to use anything anytime..its all God's and I think can be safely entrusted to his servant Jerry for the blessing of His dear people. We love Israel, but things are going to get worse and worse for them until they say, "Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord!" They will do this at the end of "Jacob's trouble...Zachariah 12. Blessings to you aand yours brother, Dennis

So true Dennis. We can't put a limit on God or His power. God is always with us, whether we go through a low valley or a high mountain.
