Your poem is full of wisdom and solutions on a simple phrase. An inspirational boot in the butt for some I would imagine and a reminder for others that have let things slip on by.

Indeed they cannot see, Mary. A coupe of commas to take away here but nothing to derange the work as you have done a good job.
Good advice, with a steady rhythm to back them up.

I am a firm believer that the way to happiness is to follow a pathway to your dream at every reasonable possibility that arises. If the goal is worthy, don't wait for someone to follow. Be the leader and if you lead, take it to the limit.
Your poem shows the way, all anyone needs is the motivation to follow through. People who inspire others, as you do in your poem, are to be admired. Such people are the winners in life.
