Greetings, and it's good to know your story. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of your chapters! I didn't find anything grammatical in this Prologue that I would change.

Hi Knowledge,
I agree that we should do whatever it takes to remain vital and healthy. You have found a way to do that and I am glad you are willing to share that knowledge with others. I have found a good diet and exercise works wonders for me.....chey

thanks for sharing your experience and accumulated knowledge through a book. The prologue is good and reveals some shared interests, as you can imagine, in Eastern Philosophy and spiritual practice, a well as healing arts.
Well written with authentic tone. just a few spag nits-
*Now(,) I'm not a know it all.(,) (b)But I have picked up some valuable information about life
*Recently(,) I became interested in self-massage and gland stimulation.
*The very day I turned sixty(,) I noticed it became harder and harder for me to get through my physically active days.
Knowing you do fix nits, five stars in advance. Good luck with book!.
Warm HUGS, rd

I am not good with commas. Being Dyslexic, it is a wonder that I can get the words right let alone the punctuation. I appreciate you help in this area of my weakness.
Thank You My Friend,
Knowledge

Knowledge, I'll be interested in reading this little book. You explain what's going to be in it very well and I easily sense your desire to be of help. I like the Eastern philosophies/religions too. But the Transcendentalists of New England were along that line as well. I am looking forward to seeing if I can use any of your massauge techniques. I'll bet you don't do your own accupuncture. (?)

This sounds like a great idea, Knowledge. Good for you: not only are you helping yourself, you'll also be able to spread your wisdom to others. I've studied homeopathy, light therapy and many other forms of natural healing. Personally, I find meditation to be one of the most valuable forms of tapping into higher wisdom and maintaining a sense of wellbeing. I look forward to your book. Penelope
