Ciao mystery poet, you have your first vote!
Your character is based on RFK Jr's health ordeal. I read about the worm/parasite that ate part of his brain before being extracted.
Despite I knew the story, you kept the narrative engaging.
RFk Jr speech seems slightly affected, it's amazing how the brain can compensate.

Thanks for your encouraging review.

That is very interesting. I have heard of this happening before. I didn't know that it was happening to someone in the political arena. But that would be unnerving not knowing if the worm had left any possibility of her offspring to invade this person's brain again. Good luck in the contest.

Thanks for your encouraging review. Reinvasion is not a pleasant thought, especially for all of us, if this guy gets an office.

I suspect the character in para 1 is Junior. It may help to add his name.
I also found it interesting both docs were female. Lastly, who would know if a politician is a plumb off true North? Insanity is the first descriptive word I use with that ilk of character. By the way, I'll be releasing Humanities Inanities that seemingly may parallel this story, though I am unsure if it won't be dq'd.
I enjoyed your piece.

Thanks for your encouraging review. It is my hope that Congress has the wisdom to see the problem with Junior.

How terrifying this story is and the thought of something living inside the brain is horrifying. I am glad this story had a happy ending here though, love Dolly x x x

At least they got the worm out. But did she lay eggs? Thanks for the review.

I expect antibiotics could kill the eggs if there were any, how terrifying x x x

Very interesting. Yes, few answers about how this actually happened. I would help, to add more medical information, on how the worm migrated up there and how it survived. I would recommend changing that final line. It doesn't match the tone of the rest of the piece.

I will look at the final line. However, it was meant to create a feeling of the unknown. Thanks for read and feedback.
