Ohhh! My FAVORITE song from Mary Poppins!!
This was a delightful reminder-ode, and I liked it very much. There's a spot in a park near my house called "Bird Song Trail," and just as the picture you chose suggests, you can actually extend you hand with birdseed in it, and birds will come and eat!

Always fancied to put out a feeder and have a tiny fountain with a pond for the birds to splash in.
It's always remained on my wish list cause I own too many cats.
I had a blackbird for a few years that teased my Pete , it would feed on grubs early in the morning in my green patch , Pete tried to stalk it unsuccessfully.
