Lost
As fingers stroke his buddy's name,
tears fall at last; he's glad he came.

Writing Prompt
Write a poem with the following format. A four line poem. The first line is only one word. Second and third line can be formatted as you wish. The last line is the antonym of the word on the first line. Words that are opposite or nearly opposite in meaning are called antonyms. Examples are big and small, or long and short.

The Wall is the Vietnam Memorial at Arlington Cemetery where more than 58,000 names of American soldiers who lost their lives in Vietnam are inscribed on black marble.

This poem is dedicated to all those war veterans who have shared a similar experience at the Wall.
