Living in constant fear,
is not very good for
the heart, you know.
I've lived in fear
for many countless years
like any cancer victim.
But now there are wars
and riot all over the world,
I do worry, especially for those
with children and grandchildren.
Every plane that flies over
our flat I wonder if it
will fall from the sky
or drop bombs.
Scared of everything
nowadays.
I call and pray for peace
and no violence.
No peace in my heart
or in my body.
