Longing increases as intensity deepens It's been a while since I've thought of you That doesn't mean I have forgotten when we were we But that I won't allow myself to think As my longing for you deepens with increased intensity Recognized Author Notes I saw this picture and the poem came to mind. It seems that she is thinking of someone from her past and resisting her thoughts at the same time. What do you think?
