Twenty Miles Travelled by The Death
Your Life in 150 words writing prompt entry

During my childhood, I was very reserved and never thought of how this vast world can transform my life. I had my own little world to explore and live in.

When I was in fourth grade, my grandfather died and I felt the complexity of this world for the first time. Since then, I am too terrified to lose my dear ones. I have spent many sleepless nights in the fear of their departure, and the biggest tragedy is--we have no control over our thoughts. The harder we try to forget, the more painful do collisions get within.

Now, even in my twenties, I find it extremely difficult to get along with new faces. I don't give others the free space easily for relations to bloom. Perhaps, it's a precautionary step to escape from the futuristic pains. Prejudices rule my mind, but I have started following the inner voice freely.

Writing Prompt
Write the entire story of your life in no more than 150 words. You can be experimental, creative, funny, serious, provocative, reflective, whatever style you best feel represents your life. You must write about your entire life, not just a moment of it. No poetry (too easy). No fiction (YOUR life), although metaphors are acceptable so long as they are directly interpretable to be about your life. You'll be surprised at what your life looks like in 150 words...
