I see the scamp way up in the tree tops flitting through splayed leafy limbs that brush against a sapphire sky. Seeking the last clinging acorns he sprints up a limb leaps heedlessly across space onto a laden branch and races towards the treasure spied. For a lengthy moment he's lost . . . unseen until a fan of leaves shakes frenziedly and . . .   a single sprig tumbles to my feet.   Writing Prompt Please write a form poem about nature. Soon the driveway is littered with sprigs of leaves (some still with an acorn clinging) and empty shells.
