Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
1947 Chevy Truck showdown

The Masked Truck

I thought they had forgotten me,
Was laid to rest beside a tree.
New hope I found the other day,
They made a mask for my display.

I get the looks from passersby,
They laugh and point at my disguise.
A talent scout will one day pass
And fill me up with potent gas.

You'll find a hemi neath my hood
And nitrous shots for Hollywood.
I'll beat "Old Heavy's" quarter mile
In forty-seven Chevy style.

"Old Heavy" is JJ da Boss's 1947 Chevy racer on the "Street Outlaws: Memphis" television show.

I took this picture of the 1947 truck with a coronavirus mask the other day in front of a friend's house.
