by Debra White
At day's end soap scented children slow-time for those few extra moments I pretend to mind but secretly cherish each cuddle each kiss before descending the stairs -- Peace awaits my arrival and as starved lovers do we embrace greedily. At day's end in the hours between crazy and sleep I am just me. |
