A chapter in the book Alphabet Poems
Prologue

I've always desired to be a Poet
To shape and mold the awesome written word. To shine! Succeed! Let the whole world know it. To miss this moment would be so absurd. I've sculpted this work based on ABC's. The shortened format here is compelling . The few pages here help to save some trees, Need a dictionary to help your spelling. There's help in some with a definition. So any children can both read and learn Adults don't need to read with suspicion Why I put that there for them at their turn. So lean back slowly in that easy chair Sit back and enjoy each little ditty. To overlook this eloquent affair, Surely would be a serious, sad pity. I hope you enjoy my little poems as much as I had fun writing them. Thomas G Reischel |
This is the Prologue to my book collection of 10 Alphabet Poems. It is not one itself, but is meant to be a poetic lead in.
