A response to Loyd Taylor's limerick
Response to School Boy Willie
by Rdfrdmom2
Having a little fun
Loyd Taylor's Limerick
Now Willie was a very bright lad, But uneducated, which was sad; 12 years of school he made, But kept failing fifth grade, Choosing not to enter sixth with dad. ************************************* My Response I suppose one could say Willie was smart Not to pass his dad on the chart For it would not be cool To make dad look a fool If from home, he didn't want to depart. jbh 1-5-09 |

When I read Loyd's clever limerick, this just sprang into my head. It's not smart to make your parents look stupid, especially back in the western days. Hope you enjoy.
