This haiku is intended to capture the haunting aftermath of a nuclear war, painting a vivid picture of desolation and loss. "Silent shadows fall" evokes the eerie quietness and darkness that envelops the world, symbolizing both physical destruction and the loss of life. "Cities whisper of lost dreams" suggests the echoes of what once wa a bustling civilisation full of hopes and aspirations, now reduced to mere memories. "Ashes in the breeze" conveys the pervasive presence of destruction, as remnants of the past are carried away, signifying both the end and the haunting persistence of devastation.
