I thought that I would give you a little background of how I came about writing this little book. I believe it will be of interest and great worth when you follow its precepts. I have found out, as we get older, our youthful flame slowly cools down until it finally extinguishes at death.

I have always been interested in gaining knowledge. Now I'm not a know it all, but I have picked up some valuable information about life and how to make it an enjoyable experience. I have read, studied and practiced Eastern philosophies, including Buddhism and Yoga. I looked into different types of natural healing, such as acupressure and massage therapy. Recently, I became interested in self-massage and gland stimulation. This, with healthy dieting, natural herb and vitamin supplements, and a bit of yoga meditation started me on my way to revitalizing my body, mind, and soul.

I will now share my discoveries with you. I believe that it will help you as it has helped me. The very day I turned sixty, I noticed it became harder and harder for me to get through my physically active days. It was a chore just to get up in the morning. It was now difficult to stay awake in the evening. My joints and muscles began to bother me constantly. I decided that I didn't want to slowly deteriorate until I ended up in a rest home for the elderly.

I put together a little daily program of physical self-massage and meditation that has worked wonders for me. I hope that it will do the same for you.

Chapter 1
Following Simple Rules of Health

I. Walk daily. The proper way to do this is to move faster than normal, swinging your arms. Don't hold your arms up to your chest but let them swing normally as you walk. Walking like this will not cause you to get shin splints, like some people get from jogging. It also simulates your glandular system. If you can't walk, then get a "Bounce Away" a small in-house trampoline. While doing this exercise breathe deeply and slowly. Ten minutes a day will do wonders for you.

II. Eating properly. Don't stuff yourself at meals. Take a smaller portion of everything and eat slowly. When you do this, it satisfies your hunger desire sooner. Drink a glass of juice five minutes before your meal. Eat nourishing meals. If you feel hungry later on, then you can have a little raw vegetable or fruit snack. What you want to do, is safely shrink you stomach so you satisfy your hunger urge sooner. Don't eat a desert immediately after your meal. Wait fifteen minutes or more.

III. Be sure you take proper natural vitamins and supplements. Chew hard pills or use soft capsules. Don't over do it.

IV. If you can, take an afternoon nap. Make sure that it is only about fifteen minutes. Any longer may make you groggy. A short nap will allow your body to readjust itself. Your mind will be clear and you will be able to concentrate better. When you wake up, stretch this way and that. This will revitalize your physical system. As you stretch squeeze your eyes shut and breathe deeply. Double up your fists, then stretch out your fingers and stand on your tiptoes as you do this. Feel all your muscles tense during this exercise. Then relax a bit and do it again. Yawn, this cools off your brain and wakes it up.

V. Take a hot evening shower. I will give more information about this later.

VI. Go to bed when you feel tired. Get up early. Limit your evening entertainment: TV, movies, computer, and so on...

VII. This is to you older boys. When you hit the ripe old age of forty you should start taking some natural herb potions to keep your prostate gland healthy and working well. http://www.prostavar.com/ or http://www.newvitality.com/shop/super-beta-prostate/ These are about the same. You will also need to rub some progesterone cream into your groin and scrotum. I recommend all natural Pro.Gest by Emerita found in most drug and natural food stores. It will give you some badly needed hormones.

This is not a cure for cancer but has be found to help these glands.

Chapter 2
Warning ...

Warning ...

WARNING! WARNING! Should you decide to follow this system of Reigniting Your Flame of Youth, it could change your life forever. The physical and meditation techniques, used herein, are life reforming. You will not be the same here after! You will be transformed physically, mentally, and spiritually.

It will also, change the way you look at life. You will have more respect for yourself and those around you. Your personality may change and your friends and family may not like this change. This will happen, if they are co-dependent upon you; or you are co-dependent upon them. You will mature mentally and start moving forward to accomplishing your true destiny. You will find that the things that used to interest you will lose their lure for you. Your friends may change as you change.

This happens as you begin aligning yourself up with the universe and its life forces. This is not just imagination, it is a fact. You will become sensitive to the vibrations, the life emanations of life and things around you. As you become aware of this, you may start to see the aura of life that flows around and from all things, whether physical objects, or living things, such as plants, animals, or people. You may start hearing things that others can not hear. You may see things that others can not see. You may feel actual vibrations that others can not feel. This is a natural process as you progress in Reigniting Your Flame of Youth.

I know this from my own experience. I started feeling deep vibrations and asked my wife what appliance was giving them out. She informed me that she couldn't feel anything. I went around all of our appliances and did not feel the same vibration coming from them.

Soon after I began to practice these techniques, I started hearing a deep humming sound. It sounded similar to a deep buzzing intermittently soft to louder then softer. The interesting thing is that the deep feeling vibration is not in unison with the sound. I am deaf in one ear and have to wear a hearing aid in other. Even when I turned off the aid, I could hear the deep humming. I can feel the vibration within my body, even while on my memory form mattress. It is impossible for any physical vibration to be transferred from anything around me through that mattress. Now, the vibration and deep humming are my constant companion.

During my meditation, and now in my before sleep state, I see colored clouds and lights. Sometimes they are soft and at other times they are flashing. This can happen even with my eyes open, but usually with my eyes closed. Sometimes, I see little brilliant white stars whirling in the sky, or behind my closed eye lids. At times I have sensations of floating and leaving my body while I am meditating or resting. I never have trouble going to sleep. This is not frightening, it is rather calming. I am not a medium; I don't converse with or see spirits around me. Yet, all this has no affect upon my scheduled daily life. I will tell you more about my experiences as we go along.

This may not be your experience but it has been mine. I just wanted to warn you. But I hope you continue reading, even though you may not practice the techniques. Just read it for the knowledge that it will give you.

Chapter 3
Preparation and Shower Meditation

Your physical and meditational exercises will take some preparation. First of all, you should do them every morning to get best results. If your partner doesn't want to do them with you; you will drive them crazy, if you try to do them in their presence. You need to have a certain atmosphere in order for them to work properly. Any antagonism will interfere with your ability to open up the universal energy flow and tap into it. My wife does some of the physical exercises with me then leaves our bedroom. It takes thirty to forty-five minutes for me to complete them.

If your mate doesn't want to do them with you, and keeps coming in and out of the room; you won't be able to do these physical and meditational exercises properly. You will need to find a room where you can have this special and valuable time to yourself. If you have to get up an hour earlier, then do it.

Showering: take as hot a shower as you can. Soap down and scrub yourself with a real luffa or the artificial one. Scrub your body with vigor. Get all the dead cells off your body. Then rinse yourself off thoroughly using the luffa to do this.

As you scrub yourself down, think of all your skin cells being stimulated. One way to do this is visualize your shower water as being glowing gold sparkles coming down on you. As you feel those golden drops coming down on your body, see them seeping into your skin and collecting all through your body. Let the hot shower water beat down on the back of your neck. Visualize the golden glowing drops seeping in to your body at that point. Open your mouth and breathe in the golden glowing hot mist. Feel and see it entering your lungs. Inhale deeply and hold it a bit before slowing exhaling. Keep the golden glow inside of you. (Don't do something silly and inhale the water.)

Before you get out of the shower, gradually cool down the water, until it is quite comfortably cool. This naturally closes off your open skin pores and directs your heat to your internal organs. Don't freeze yourself. Use common sense. Once this is done step out and thoroughly scrub yourself dry with a rough bathing towel. Use natural deodorants.

You just completed a physical/meditational shower exercise. Don't you feel invigorated? Now, you feel good mentally and physically.

Now go to sleep in your golden cacoon of rejuvination, or share it with your love.

PS

Always shower before you soak in a bath tub or hot tub. Always use natural bath soaps and bubbling agents. You don't want the bad things you just scrubbed off your body, coming back and sticking to your skin. You want to be squeaky clean.

Chapter 4
Main Causes of Old Age

With 95% of the physical exercise that we do, we leave out a very important aspect of health and healing. We forget to pay attention to our glands. We very seldom do exercises that include them. A lot of exercise accidently stimulates them as a by product of the exercise. Yet, our glandular system is vital to our well being and health.

Why are your lymph glands so important? Lymph glands are located throughout your body. They are the nodules that keep your immune system operating properly. They and other glands are the key to your youth. When they are ignored, they cause premature old age to come upon you.

Your lymph glands are protected by your bone structure. They are usually found just under or between your bones. They can become infected or absorb toxins that cause them to slow down or cease their function. People who smoke, take drugs, including prescription, and drink alcohol, overwhelm these glands, including vital organs. They are slowly killing themselves, as their body begins to shut down, with the clogging and ability to function properly.

Why is it that we do things to our body that it tries to reject? When you take your first puff of a cigarette, your lungs go into spasms. Your whole health warning system reacts violently. Your lungs hurt. You gasp for air. Your eyes water, as you choke and gag. Yet, we persist in at it until we have deadened all our natural warning signals. We force our bodies down the road of a slow and usually a painful early death.

It is the same for any other harmful substance that we take. Alcohol causes our body to react the same way. That liquid burns our mouth and throat on the way down into our stomach. Then when it hits our stomach, it continues to burn. If we drink a strong or pure alcohol drink our body gives us all kinds of warning signs that we shouldn't be trying to consume it. Generally people kill that violent reaction by diluting their drink with a fruit juice or something else to lessen their natural adverse reaction. Slowly they force their body to deaden to the abuse that they are forcing upon it.

I could go on and on about this physical abuse we put ourselves and our family, friends, and acquaintances, when we go down this road of drug abuse. But, you are all familiar with that sad, sad story. As we have all had some experience of it in our lives. What I want to impress upon you is that it is a major factor in our aging process.

There has been a lot of study done on the aging process. Most of the experts agree that there seems to be no reason, except this abuse, that we are not all living well past our hundredth birthday. If we educated ourselves in self-health and lived a healthy life style we would all be centurions, barring accidents. Even diseases would find it hard to get by our healthy immune systems.

In the deep self-massage therapy that I am going to present to you, you will be able to stimulate these glands and internal organs. If done properly it will cause them to naturally reject toxins that you ingest, by mouth, skin, and breath.

When we start to heal our glands and organs, then we are well on our way to Reigniting Our Flame of Youth.

In the next chapters you will begin to study certain physical and meditational techniques that will change you physically, mentally, and spiritually. You will start on your way to Reigniting Your Flame of Youth. These are not new ideas. I didn't discover them by myself. But, they are not generally known. All I am doing is organizing and writing them down, so you can learn to have these simple lessons, to practice in your daily life. Come with me now, as we travel together to a newer and brighter life. A life that is rich in joyful experiences, a life of reaching your fullest God given potential.

Chapter 5
Awakeing Your Vital Organs/Glands

We are going to do part one of a series of meditational/physical exercises. This is done early in the morning, preferably about forty-five minutes before the sun comes up. You should be done with the full physical massage meditation series, as the sun starts to peek over the horizon. If you live in the mountains you should finish just before it starts to shine on the mountain peaks around you. That will allow you to welcome it with your spiritual meditation.

You have picked your quiet place to practice. I do it on my bed because it is comfortable. My mattress is covered with a three inch memory foam unit. I don't sink way down into it too much with my bed made. I put a soft pillow under my head.

The massage that you are about to perform upon your body is a rough deep body rub. Here we go...

Lie flat on your back, touch your feet lightly together. Fold your hands softly across your waist. Visualize a bubble of golden living light surrounding your body. As you do these exercises don't lose this vision of being in a cloud of golden moving light. When you have a clear vision of this cloud of gold enveloping your body, and not until then, will be ready to start this meditational exercise.

There is a reason that we visualize gold. Gold is the color of our sun. It is the life force that keeps our planet and all natural life living on our planet. You want to pull this living life force into your body.

Now that you can almost see this golden life force surround your body you are ready for the first meditational exercise. Still lying flat on your mattress, put your hands down on your bed with your palms down at your sides. Now scissor your right leg up while keeping your left leg straight down on the bed. Point your right toes out as far as you can with out pain. Keep your arms down on the bed to help you in this effort. While doing this take your right hand and give yourself three taps on the left side of your neck hard enough that you feel the thump throughout your whole body. Don't knock yourself out! Put your right leg down and relax your whole body.

Repeat the process with your left leg and the right side of your neck with your left hand doing the three taps. This tapping technique will awaken all your vital body organs and glands. As you do this exercise, you will find that you suddenly have their full attention.

Remember to keep the glowing golden cloud of energy around your body. Visualize this cloud of moving energy flowing around and through your body. Keep in mind that this energy is emanating from our sun. It is the life of this universe. It is vital to your well being. Every body has a bit of it or they would not be living. All you're doing is gathering it consciously and using it for healing and Reigniting Your Flame of Youth.

Chapter 6
Function of Ileocecal Valve

The ileocecal valve is a sphincter muscle situated at the junction of the small intestine (ileum) and the large intestine. Its critical function is to limit the reflux of colonic contents into the ileum. (Look it up on the Internet.)

This valve is one of the most important valves in the body. When this valve does not properly close, it will cause a back up of waste into the small intestine. This is toxic to the body. It breaksdown the immune system.

Your body is in a constant war with toxic intrusion. When it is healthy, it's able to do its job effectively. When it is overwhelmed, because the Ileocecal Valve isn't working properly, your natural body defense system can't keep you healthy and young. It begins fighting a losing battle. All kinds of horrible diseases, such as cancer can get a foothold in your body, including weight gain. Living tissue begins to break down and you start aging more quickly than you actually should.

You have completed meditational exercise one of waking up your vital organs and glands. Still visualizing the golden cocoon swirling through and around your body; proceed to the next exercise.

I will now give you a meditational exercise that will close off this valve:

Having completed the first wakeup meditational exercise you are resting flat out on your bed. The Ileocecal Valve is located on your right side just across from your hip bone and three inches down from your bellybutton. Place your hand on that spot and suddenly push hard inward and upwards towards your back. Do this three times. Use common sense; don't push so hard as to injure your self. This closes off the valve getting rid of any waste residue that may be keeping it open. After a week you should be able to only practice this meditational exercise once every seven days.

Your next meditational exercise is to lay flat on your bed. Raise both legs up, about a foot off the mattress, and with both hands chop down on your gut from your ribs to your pelvic bone. Do this exercise three times. Relax back down onto your bed. This shakes up your digestive organs and the glands in that area. It will break loose any the materials sticking in your digestive tract to start them flowing through it properly. .

It also does the same for your kidneys and the lower glands of your body trunk moving the toxic materials naturally away from them and out of your system.

Now do the same push just below your right and left side ribs. It will stimulate your heart, liver and its glands. If you feel you have an arrhythmic heart problem you can pound on your chest and that should bring it back into rhythm again.

Remember to keep your golden, healing life force flowing around and through your body. Continue visualizing a cloud of little golden stars swirling and swirling. What will soon be happening, is when you close your eyes you will actually be able to see these little golden stars as they whirl around you. It can be experienced at any time, day or night, when you have a moment to calm yourself with your eyes closed. This phenomenon should give you confidence that you are in contact with the healing forces of our sun and universe.

Welcome to my world...

Now, you will need to keep sufficient liquids in your body. Drink pure water, and fruit and vegetable juices. This helps your body flush out the toxic waste.

Chapter 7
Cleansing Your Adrenal System

Remember that when you finally get all these physical meditational exercises learned, it will only take about 45 minutes to complete them. Learning them is another matter. I hope you are printing them out.

You are now relaxed on flat on your bed. Your whirling little golden stars have you in their cocoon aura. You visualize them flowing around and through your body as you do these exercises.

With your right hand, roughly start massaging your left hand and wrist. Work on it until you feel the heat build up in it. Next do the same with your whole left arm. This time rub down your whole bone structure of it with your thumb on one side and your fingers on the other side. Beside and your body bone structure are found your adrenal glands with their own vein and capillary system. This is similar to your blood distribution system of veins and capillaries.

Do you feel the heat in your left arm heating up? Raise your arm above your body as you do this procedure. Keep your golden stars whirling around and through your body. Follow the same procedure with your right arm being roughly rubbed with your left hand. Feel the heat.

Now we are going to stimulate those adrenal glands under your upper arm and under your arm pit and down your left rib side. Now you may experience pain as you do this. Your poor glands have been ignored so long that they are clogged. The soreness you're experiencing is proof that you are unclogging them. Do this same exercise meditation with your left side. . Keep your golden stars whirling around and through your body. Now rub you're your lower arms as if you are wiping water from them. Do this down to your wrists. Do it with the other arm. No extend your arms away from you and shake your wrists hard so that they flop around. What you have done is actually pulled the poisons from your arms. With this flicking of the wrists away from your body you are dispersing that contamination away from you. Now relax your body back flat on the bed. Keep your aura of golden stars flowing in and around your body.

Next work on your shoulders; rub them roughly and thoroughly massaging their bones. Now move over to your collar bone. Rub your fingers and thumb roughly along each side of it. Keep this up for a minute or so. Remember you may feel pain. That is OK. Are you keeping your golden stars flowing? Now move your hands down to roughly massage your breast bone. Keep massaging down it and to your lower ribs. Continue along them as far back to your back bone as possible. Pain again! Do both sides in this manner. How are your little golden stars doing? Keep them whirling in and around your body.

Now get rid of the poison contamination. Remember to rub down your forearms to your wrists. Get that bad stuff into your hands. Now extend them away from you and flick them vigorously.

Next we will work on your lower body. By the way don't douse your star field. Just go to sleep in your healing golden star cocoon. Remember to Book Case this Little Book of Natural Healing. Also keep doing your Shower Meditation. It gives you a head start on your Physical Meditation exercises.

As you go through your daily life, keep your golden stars flowing in and around you. When you close your eyes, you will soon start to see them, as they whirl keeping you comfortable in their aura cocoon. Soon they will bond with you and you will be a universal, more than human, energy dynamo. What does "more than human" mean?

Chapter 8
Cleansing Your Adrenal System II

You've completed your upper adrenal system cleanse. Now you need to cleanse your lower adrenal system.

You are flat on your mattress and fully relaxed. Your sparkling little golden stars are whirling around and through your body. Bend your legs upright with your feet flat on your mattress. Pick up your right leg and rest it across your left leg so that it is easy for you to reach its upper and lower portions.

Start at your groin, roughly rubbing your upper leg. Make sure that you pay attention to its bones rubbing each side of those bones with your thumb and fingers digging along side of them. You may feel pain. That is a good sign that you are doing this physical exercise right. Continue this process for a full minute. Now rub down the back of your thigh, starting at your butt cheeks sort of kneading it. Find your bones with your thumb and fingers roughly follow them to your knee. Keep this up for a minute.

Are your golden sparking stars whirling around and through you? Don't let them fade out.

Carry this meditational massage down to your knee cap to your lower leg all the way to your ankle. Do you feel the pain? Good. Work on the back part of your knee and lower leg. Get beside those bones.

Keep your glowing star field moving around and through your body.

Now work on your ankle and foot. Move your ankle with your hands in a circular motion. Dig in its bones with your fingers and thumb. Move your hands down to your foot. Put your fingers under your foot, your thumbs on top of it. Now, rough massage the top and bottom all over your foot at the same time. Don't forget to get between your toes. Take your thumb and forefinger and squeeze each toe and its joints. Make sure you catch the tip of each toe. Now go back to your leg and do the rub down as it you were pushing water down your leg. Take it all the way down to your foot. Do that to your foot. Now extend your hands away from your body and flip them as if shaking water off of them.

How are your stars doing? Are they whirling around and through you? Keep them going...

Next, do this same meditational exercise to your left leg, knee, and foot. Shake off those bad poisons and contaminants. Straighten your body out and relax. When you get up to start your day, carry your whirling golden stars with you.

Since this is a series set of physical meditational exercises, I hope you start from the beginning each morning. Once you learn the whole sequence, you will be able to do it in about forty-five minutes. I hope you are going to sleep each night with your golden stars cocooning your body. Keep them with you throughout your busy day. Do you see them when you close your eyes? Do you see them when you look at the clear blue sky? They are constantly moving and whirling. You are in their protection. They are Reigniting Your Flame of Youth.

Chapter 9
Your Head Lymphatic glands

Actually, we are going to work on your neck and head glands. You have a lot of them in such a small space, even though some may call you "big headed". Let's see, you have about seventy lymph nodes located in your head and neck, with all their veins and corpuscles. I found this information at:

You can see how wonderful and amazing your lymphatic system is. Yet, they are the most ignored organs of the body. Looking at Grays Anatomy; keep clicking the icon "next".

Now you are lying down relaxed on your mattress, with your golden stars joyfully moving around and through your body. Take your hands and start rough massaging the back and sides of your neck. Feel the pain. Do this physical meditational exercise for about a minute.

Now move to the front of your neck. Massage it more gently but thoroughly. Be sure and get those glands under your chin. Continue for about a minute. Keep your stars moving.

Go back to the back of your neck and do the medulla oblongata at the junction of your head and neck. Push hard enough there to move your head. Doesn't that feel gooooood? Keep your golden sparking stars moving in and around your body. Continue massaging about a minute. I do it for a slow 100 count.

Now relax and rub down your arms and flick your hands away from your body.

Now give yourself a facial massage. Dig your fingers around all your facial bones around your eyes and nose. Include your ear bones. Really work those fingers; one minute or 100 counts.

Go for your skull bones. Use the tip of your fingers and the palm of your hands. Massage your temples and all your sinus areas one minute or 100 counts. Keep your star field around and flowing in your body.

Clean your lower arms and flick off the contaminants. Lie back and relax in your cocoon of whirling golden stars.

The next exercise is to place the balls of your palms on your eye sockets with your eyes closed. Rub your closed eyeballs with slight pressure. Count 100 counts. This exercise will round out your eyeballs and help if you have cataracts.

A side phenomenon is that you will see all kind of colors behind your eyelids. Some of them will be very brilliant. Just go with the flow after you take your hands from your eyes. When you have had enough fun with this, relax and slowly open your eyes.

Remember to keep your cocoon of sparkling golden stars around you all day. They are the key you need to Reignite Your Flame of Youth.

There is another part of your body that will need some work on, but you can't reach it. You will need some help to do this massage. It doesn't need a daily work out. It is your back. Have someone rough masage all the way down your spinal cord. Move down and up about three to five times. Always finish with the neck. Then have them lightly pound down and up your spine with their nuckles. Also you can do the "bear rub" on the side of a door frame. You got it...back up the the edge of the door jam and work your back up and down and sideways to on either side of your spine. How are your stars doing?

The last spot to massage is one you can't reach either. It is under your sholderblades. You have to be relaxed so that the spot can be reached with the help of another person. Lay on your stomach and ask them to poke with their fingers under your sholderblades. Move your arms, positioning them so that it assist your helper to do it. Once a week is all you need to do this exercise. Keep your stars moving in and around your body.

Chapter 10
A Spiritual Meditational Technique

After you have preformed your Meditational Massages you are ready your Spiritual Meditation. The sun is just coming over the horizon. You are facing it in a meditational posture, with your back straight and your chin level. Don't strain, just try to keep this posture with your spine and head aligned. Relax in a natural posture, or you can sit with your legs crossed in the full lotus posture. I sit on the edge of our bed on the edge of our bed in a half lotus. My legs are folded against each other, not over each other. My knees are at the edge of the bed. You can sit on the edge of your bed with your feet flat on the floor, if you like.

I'm facing East looking out of our loft bedroom window. I can see the sunlight as it moves across our wooded valley. A mountain is in front of our log house. I see the sunlight as it hits the top of that mountain and begins to come down into our valley.

I begin my meditation. I put my fingers and thumb tips together of my right hand and begin to slowly, physically thump the front of my body, using the tips of my fingers and thumb, from the top of my head down to my pelvic bone. Then I thump back up my body, while breathing slowly and humming deeply in a foghorn manner.

I believe that I am opening my Spinal Centers or "Chakras".

As I exhale for a slow seven count, I feel the renaissance of that sound within my body. I hold that breath a slow five count, no sound, just listening for the inward sound. Then I exhale emptying my lungs to a slow seven count. I constantly repeat the process of thumping, breathing, and deep foghorn humming.

Soon my body is in constant vibration with the deep foghorn humming that I am doing. My eyes are closed and I'm pulling the power of the sun into my being. My star field is really brilliant behind my eyes. They are swirling at a high speed. I try to follow them but they are moving too fast. I feel physically lighter and lighter as the my golden stars swirl around and through me.

I keep up the process of tapping the front of my body. Now I have become one with the sound. I don't know if I am physically moving anymore. my stars have changed into a beautiful vortex that becomes a brilliant colored cloud before my closed eyes. The cloud keeps slowly changing colors. It is the texture of cotton candy. It seems to move from me and into the vortex. As it goes into the center of the vortex it becomes a brilliant point of color, the color dominating at the time.

Remember that the cloud constantly changes colors. It may start out a soft baby blue and ends up a brilliant baby blue. Then, it may change into a soft red that becomes a brilliant red as it vortexes away from me into its center. How do you describe something like this experience that I am having?

The deep humming foghorn sound is now constant. I don't feel that I am humming anymore. Time seems to have stopped. I have no sense of it passing, my whole being is vibrating in renaisance to it. Somewhere or when, in this trance state of being that I am in, I notice that the vortex has changed direction and it is now coming back to me. I am being swallowed up in the soft light colored clouds. They start out little brilliant colored circles of light that come out of the vortex and flow, expanding as they come towards me. As they approach they become lighter and ligher in color until they swallow me in their essence of soft light. It is the same sequence only the flow is backwards from the start of the phenomena.

Then, without trying, I am back. I open my eyes and gaze around at this harsh world. But in the background somewhere, I am aware of the beautiful cloud of changing colors. I consciously bring my star cocoon back and get up. I have to concentrate in order to go about my daily life. I take deep breaths and stretch this way and that. sometimes I have to rub and slap my face trying to get back to normal. I am a stranger in a strange land.

Now, I have two different sounds about me at all times. One is the slow deep vibrating foghorn in the background. The other is a faster waving, slightly higher vibrating sound. Sometimes, I am aware that my body is vibrating to the deeper sound.

If I allow myself, I can see the aura around other people. It is strange to see this light about people. Some people's auras are close to their body by a few inches, and others extend out six inches to a foot or more. To me they are surrounded by a cloud of pale light. I don't see colors. But some people's skin seems to shine.

I've learned not to talk about this. People think that I am nuts. You may or may not want to experience this life that I live.

With my golden stars and vibration sounds, I feel comfortable and protected. They are my normal life experience. When I am at the verge of death, I am going to float away with them into eternity. When I say this, I don't mean that I will blend into them, but that I will still be me, I will consciously float off with them to new and greater experiences.

I went in for my 65th physical, a couple years ago. After the 40 year old doctor examined me, he told me he didn't want to see me again because I was in better physical shape than most people his age, including himself.
