Two Line Haiku

Poetry Contest
Write a haiku of two lines. The first line should contain concrete imagery. The second line should be a line of insight based on the imagery in the first line. Thirteen syllables or less. Do not title your haiku; for the title space, use this format--haiku (first line of haiku). No pictures are allowed. See additional details of contest for further explanation and an example.

The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
