Crusty (actually joined F/S October 08) acquired his nick name a long-long time ago, and is therefore no relation to one "Krusty Clown". Re: of the Simpsons, fame (Who was, by the way, born April 19, 1987 and aired for the first time on The Tracey Ullman Show in a short, called "Good Night").

Crusty enjoyed some small success with his vocal and recording career, and although he is new to FanStory.com he has had experience with other types of media. Appearing and performing many times on TV, as well as several years hosting a live talk-back radio show "The Drive Show", on a popular local radio station.

Crusty has been a prolific song writer since he was 14 years old, and only now, after 24 years in business and a string of Smash Repair shops, has he settled into full-time writing for the first time.

In the past few years Crusty completed 2 novels, has 3 semi completed novels, and story lines for 5 more. Preparing them for public scrutiny, however, is going to be much harder.

Crusty lives in tropical Australia. While he still feels young, has 5 children, 6 grandchildren, and was recently (Six years ago, now) remarried to the most incredible, beautiful, talented, and supportive woman in the world. ("No really, she is! She didn't make me say that.").

Crusty's desire is to one day be good enough to write stories that will take a readers breath away. Or at least, touch them in some other emotionally significant fashion. While getting published would be awesome, and getting paid even more awesome. Crusty feels that to touch someone's heart, and change their life in a deep or poignant way, would be the most awesome of all. This is a life long challenge.

Writing, for Crusty, has been a childhood dream, one which came slowly into fruition, just before Crusty met his new wife. (But that's another story).
