Great write detailing a smooth line structuring throughout its course read finding one fault the usage of "bear" rather "bare" seemed more defining in this write. All stated in my given viewpoint.

Love the word choices, like "Chiseled there." And I also like the free-flowing rhymes and not be shy about letting that roll off the tongue with a rhythm and beat. It makes it more impactful.

This life is certainly an experience in itself. We'll have make different decisions, leading us down different paths, but in the end we might all intertwine again. Great job

I think your poem brings out the true nature of love. How love can last forever despite the bitter ending of death. True love will never change based on appearance. Of course, it will have its ups and downs but they will only strengthen the bond.
I wish you all the best in your future poetic endevours.

you are one of the reasons I run out of sixes so early. This definitely deserves a six, but I have none left. My deceased wife of sixty years, called me a romantic because I am an easy touch for love poems. Please accept my virtual six.

I found this to be a nice poem about acceptance. "Judge me not by my silver hair, nor the garment I choose to wear." Don't let outward appearance deter you from accepting the validity of others. We may have an ideal of who we think can help us and be there for us, but what is the reality? The reality is that angels take form in many forms, some are recognizable while others are not. We must be accepting of all and appreciate what all has to offer.

Dear 'Mystery' Poet,

This was a very cool and very tender poem that seemed to share --REAL--personal-- thoughts, feelings and emotions.

So many of the things we read here glaze over these matters, but never dive beneath the skin to where the real stuff lies. That is what appealed to me most, here. Kudos!

I've noticed that both you and your writing mate have just posted romance/ love poems recently. Messages to and fro, perhaps??

Sweet!

A note or two:
1.) nor the garment I cho(o)se to wear.

2.) as we stroll along . . . and our ol' bones pop and ache.
-->. Haha. I think this is the ideal goal of every new starry-eyed couple... that their love last through the ages so they can grow old side by side. I especially liked this part.

Overall, a lovely presentation, and one I am glad I got to read. Thanks and good luck!

We do wear a strange garment through life as you've so eloquently stated. I also know that each one of us has a different garment to wear. I can't wear yours and you can't wear mine. The Lord made it this way. If we wear the garment the way He intended us to the garments that we collectively wear that make up His body will be a part of a bigger garment that He will cloth Himself with when we see Him. Thanks for sharing this inspirational and well written work. Well done!
