This is a heartfelt and evocative piece that thoughtfully explores mortality, grief, and existential doubt. Slight adjustments in rhythm and structure could deepen its emotional resonance even further.

Thank you Elias for the positive review and 5 star rating. I only dabble in poetry and certainly do not consider it a strength in my writing. This is very encouraging.

I really felt the emotion in your poem. The way you share the heaviness of losing loved ones and facing the inevitable is something I think we can all relate to. The lines about "fading, crumbling" and "trying to find meaning" really hit me. Your words give a raw look at grief and the uncertainty that comes with it. . Your poem touches on a deep part of life and does it with such genuine feeling. Keep writing from the heart!

Thank you Michael, I'm pleased that my poem resonated with you. Thanks as well for the positive review and a 5 star rating. I don't consider poetry to be strength in my writing at all, so it's great to get positive reinforcement
