Reading your down-to-earth letter to God made me feel validated in my belief that God wants us to talk to Him from our hearts rather than speak/write formal, automatic words with little feeling or true connection.
I really enjoyed the humor; all good things come from our Creator, and humor is good for the soul.
The humble expression of sadness conveyed told of your faith as you acknowledged God's wisdom in all things, even without the understanding of the why's. It showed, too, your knowledge that your two little babes were tucked safe in the shadow of God's wings. (I am sincerely sorry for your and your wife's loss.)
I love the interspersed messages throughout your story as to the attributes of God and His love.
I can't imagine what God must be thinking of His earthly world right now. Thank you for sharing the story.

Hey Terry, first let me apologize to you for taking so very long to get back with you and express my appreciation for those five excellent stars you gave me. I just don't get to FanStory very often these days. I'm trying to figure out a way to make enough money writing to cover my writing expenses lol. It would be nice to at least break even. First of all Tom let me say I'm sorry it's taking me so long to thank you for this review. I'm spending very little time on FanStory these days. I'd like to thank you for the five excellent stars you gave me. As to the question concerning the talking points my vantage point is my talking to God telling God this is what you need. The reason I ask about the children's gender is because my wife and I had two miscarriages and they were in the first trimester so we don't know what gender they are. We will find out when we meet them in heaven. Then, Tom, there is that Vlog thing. L O L It is still on the stove but I'm afraid it's on the back burner my brother.

I think you know that more and more people are skeptical of your authorship and frankly, less and less people are reading it. (You can omit 'that'. It's an extra word and not needed.)
Gideons are having a lot harder time putting bibles in hotels these days. (Bible is always capitalized.)

I'm going to change the subject!
When I first came to span store nine years ago it seemed to me that there were a lot of people who were very willing to critique my work and tell me about the little things like capitalizing a word or putting a space here or a comma there or all together omitting a word. It didn't make me upset but it was frustrating. Today, I'm thankful for those who take the time to point out the little things. The truth is I am definitely a better rider today because of fans story and people like you Barbara. The two things you pointed out to me, I did not catch, and I'm glad you did. The truth is, although I what is an English major in college, it's been a long time. LOL I see very little critique anymore I see a whole lot of commentary, I guess they both have their place and I am thankful for each of them. Embrace the love from above.
