Astral travelling   Some nights I leave my own body and let my spirit fly, way out above the universe look down as I go by.   I visit many continents and walk among strange crowds, what pleasures do I come across when freedom is allowed.   I soar through many cities with arms outstretched I glide, my body feels so weightless all worries left aside.   The colours of the worlds I see kaleidoscope of lights, I soak in all the energy enjoying all the sights.   The stars I touch, the moon caress then back to earth return, fly back into my body shell this flight, I must adjourn.   But then I know another night I’ll fly away once more, drift up again release my soul and let my spirit soar.    Christine 13/4/2018           Recognized Author Notes When I was younger I would experience weird sensations of 'leaving my body' and felt like l was flying. This used to scare me and I would always try to stop myself from going. One night however I decided to just let myself go and found myself 'flying over the earth' I could feel my fringe flapping against my forehead and the sensation was so peaceful and a beautiful experience. Then I was back inside my body and to this day have never left again. I believe because I conquered the fear and 'let myself go' I didn't need to ever do this again. Now I know many readers will say I am maybe a bit off the planet and Astral travelling is made up. BUT until one experiences this phenomena they cannot say with certainty this is not true. Anything is possible Anyway I thought I might do something different and these words came out from my memory bank Thanks to BRUCEIORIO for the Interactive space2
